We prioritize your privacy. Symptom check conversations and lab results are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers.   • Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate (e.g., Stripe for payments, Supabase for data storage, OpenAI for AI processing).

Your symptom descriptions are sent to OpenAI's API to generate assessments. OpenAI processes this data according to their data usage policies. We do not include personally identifiable information (such as your name or email) in the data sent to OpenAI.
